Psychology In History: Vladimir Zakharov, Doctor of Psychology. For nineteen years he worked at the Leningrad State University. He dealt with the problems of psychodiagnostics and socio-psychological training, then founded and for five years led the department of industrial psychology at the St. Petersburg Technical University. Author of numerous publications and, in particular, books: “The Price Russians Pay,” 2014, “Putin’s Psychological Profile: A Psychobiographical Study,” 2018, “The Russian Values: Historical Analysis of Russian Values Formation,” 2018, “Slavery and Lies in Russia,” 2021, “Putin: The Master Liar. Psychobiographical study No2,” 2022, “Morok over Russia,” 2023. In 1993 he emigrated to the United States. Currently lives in Prague (Czech Republic) next to his daughter and her family.
